Yes. We confirm with a 50% deposit on rides under $199 USD, or 30% on rides of $200 USD and above.
Not in full. A deposit (50% via secure link or Zelle) is needed to lock in your car; you can then hand the remaining balance to the driver in cash on the day.
Not at all. Alongside MIA and FLL, we collect from hotels, cruise terminals, train stations, restaurants and any private address.

Spur-of-the-moment stops aren’t part of the base fare. A short, nearby stop arranged in advance can usually be accommodated for a small fee based on the extra time.
